1. Your Use of LifeTrack

LifeTrack is designed for personal growth and mindset reprogramming. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, psychological counseling, or medical treatment.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to exploit the platform or AI content
• Share, redistribute, or republish LifeTrack content outside of personal use
• Use LifeTrack for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

2. AI-Generated Content

LifeTrack uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized meditation tracks and scripts based on your input. While crafted with care and intention, results are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge:

• LifeTrack is not medical or therapeutic advice
• You assume full responsibility for your use of the content
• There is no user-facing audio library; tracks are ephemeral unless downloaded immediately

3. Subscription & Payments

LifeTrack offers various pricing models, including free trials, weekly or monthly subscriptions, and one-time programs.

• Pricing is in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the first payment and are granted at our discretion

Payment Failure Clause:

If your payment method is declined or fails, your access to the LifeTrack platform will be immediately suspended until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any pending sessions or services related to your subscription if payment is not resolved within 7 days.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, voice assets, prompts, visuals, and scripting structures are the intellectual property of LifeTrack or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or modify our content delivery methods
• Use generated content for commercial or promotional purposes
• Resell or repurpose LifeTrack content without written permission

Storage Note:

Generated audio may be temporarily stored on secure servers for internal QA. These files are never distributed or used outside of anonymized product reviews.

5. Limitation of Liability

LifeTrack is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of LifeTrack or reliance on its content.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will first be submitted to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver:

You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
