When you use LifeTrack, we may collect:

• Personal identifiers – Name, email, preferences
• Usage data – Session frequency, check-ins, feedback
• Audio preferences – Voice style, tone, music bed, or track type
• Optional inputs – Emotional states, goals, identity prompts

We do not collect biometric or health data. AI-generated audio tracks are temporarily stored on secure servers only for internal quality assurance, not for user playback or download.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Generate and personalize LifeTrack sessions
• Conduct internal quality assurance to improve content
• Provide relevant updates and improvements
• Process payments via Stripe or other secure providers
• Maintain platform security and prevent misuse

We never sell your data.

Consent to Processing:

By using LifeTrack, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your data, including by trusted AI processors such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs, solely for the purposes described in this policy.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We store information on servers located in the United States, and some data may be processed outside your country of residence.

Audio recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are anonymized at the point of storage. These recordings are used solely for internal quality review and are not linked to your identity in analytics or model training.

We comply with key global privacy frameworks:

4. Third-Party Processors

We work with vetted service providers who act on our behalf:

• OpenAI & ElevenLabs – AI content generation
• Stripe – Payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers – Secure data hosting

These partners operate under strict confidentiality agreements and do not retain rights to your data.

5. Children’s Privacy

LifeTrack is not designed for individuals under 13. If we become aware that we’ve collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

6. HIPAA Disclaimer

LifeTrack is not a HIPAA-covered entity and should not be used to store or transmit protected health information. No data entered into LifeTrack is subject to HIPAA protections.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
